Golden Week Adventures 2015 Day 3 (Part 1) Aomori Shrines and Temples / ゴルデンウィークアドベンチャー ２０１５年 三日目（パート１）青森市神社・お寺巡り

Yes, I know I've been neglecting my blog.  Here I am still stuck writing about my adventures during Golden Week (and only on Day 3).  Today's plan, we are meeting my wife's friend.  We will walk around to the various shrines and temples.  We were going to meet with my wife's friend at Utou Jinja.  And since we do not have a car, we had to walk down to Tsugaru Shinjo station to catch a train to Aomori station.

はい、わかってます。結構じ分のブログをほったらかして、まだゴルデンウィークのネタ書き続いてます。まだ休み三日目です。今日の予定は妻の友達と会い青森市の神社・お寺巡りする予定。善知鳥神社で合流する。車がないため津軽新城駅から青森に行った。

Look!  A real human checking your ticket!  Reminds me of when I lived in Japan during my elementary years.

見て！人間が電車のチケットをチェックしてる。まだいるんですね。珍しい。

Had to have some apple juice while in Aomori.  This can features a few phrases in the Tsugaru dialect.

 

青森にいるということでやっぱりりんごジュースを飲まないっと。 缶に津軽弁の言葉が書いてるある。

It was still early in the morning and there didn't seem to be anyone at this shrine.

まだ朝早いだったせいか、この神社には誰もいませんでした。

 

 

The name of the temple was Ichinenji.

一念寺でした。
