I think my wife saw this restaurant being featured on a television program and suggested going there for lunch on one of our weekends. The name of the restaurant is [Pho viet] and as you can surmise from the name, it is a Vietnamese restaurant. It's located in Ikebukuro. I just checked the Internet and they are still in business.
確か妻がテレビ番組を見て、このレストランが紹介されたと想う。池袋にあるベトナム料理店の「フォーベト」。妻が料理が美味しそうに見えたので、いずれはそこでランチを食べに行こうと提案した。二人の休日にそうしました。先ほどインターネットで調べたところ現在も営業してます。

I don't remember which set we ordered but seeing how I took a picture of the B-set menu, I'm pretty sure that's what we had. You get to choose the type of pho you want to eat.
どのセットを注文したかはっかり覚えてないけど、下記の写真でBセットの写真をアップしてることはBセットを注文したことに間違いない。フォーの味が選ぶことが出来ます。
It looks like we were wondering what hanamushi was. It appears to be a dish called "steamed flower".
多分私たちは”花蒸し”ってなんだろうと考え、上記の写真を撮った。

多分僕がぴり辛鶏肉フォーを注文しました。
妻は確か鶏肉フォーを頼んだ。
Perhaps it was the other way around because the regular chicken pho looks like it comes with coriander and my wife can't stand the smell of it.
あっ、その逆かも。なぜと言えば、鶏肉フォーにパクチー入りだ。自分の妻はパクチーが嫌いだ。匂いが苦手。
After lunch we went to a temple in Zoshigaya where you can find Japan's oldest dagashiya, a mom-and-pop candy store that's been in business since the Edo era, but that will be for the next post.
ランチのあとは雑司ヶ谷を探索してみた。あるお寺に日本一最古の駄菓子屋がある。江戸時代から営業してます。それはまた今度の楽しみ。
