A Walk around Kumano Shrine, Chuo Park, and the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building (Part 2) / 熊野神社、中央公園と都庁の散歩 （パート２）

Continuing my wanderings around Kumano Shrine in Shinjuku.  A sign pointing the way to another point of interest, the Oota Nanpo no Mizubachi.

新宿にある熊野神社の探索がまだ続いてます。

What makes these Koma Inu interesting is the fact that the are completely solid.

本殿裏の末社大鳥三社にある狛犬で、腹の下がくりぬきになっていない珍しいものです。享保１２年(1727)「角筈村上野百姓店児講中」により寄進されたものです。

I almost missed out on seeing the waterfall!

滝を見逃すところでした。

And one last look at the main temple before wandering around Chuo Park.

中央公園を探索する前、もう一回熊野神社の本殿を見る。
