Silver Week Getaway 2015 (Part 7) On the road to Tochigi / シルバーウィークの旅 ２０１５（パート７）栃木県行き

Back to my blog after a two week break and I'm still writing about our little overnight trip during Silver Week.  Our original goal was to head to Toshogu but due to the incredible crowd and traffic jam, we soon changed our plans.

二週間ぶりに個人ブログに戻りました。まだシルバーウィークのネタの続きです。一泊の小旅行なのにまだまだ書き終わってない。本日朝食を食べたあとの予定は栃木県に行く予定。目指すのは東照宮だったが、連休のせいで道がこみこみ過ぎて渋滞がはんぱない。 途中で予定変更。

On the road to Nikko and Toshogu.

日光と東照宮行きの途中。

But we discovered that the road to Toshogu was so crowded, by the time we got there, we would only have about a half-hour to wander around before having to head home.  That would be a total bummer of trip.  So, we decided to skip Toshogu and head to our next destination we had already planned - Furumine Jinja in Kanuma.  And the trip continues...

東照宮行きの道が本当にやばくて、着いたら見る時間は３０分位になるし、その後はまた東京に戻るしかない。もったない旅はしたくなかったので、予定変更。東照宮の次の目的地が鹿沼市にある古峰神社。そして旅がつづく。。。
