Hikawa Maru & Yokohama Marine Tower (Part 3) / 氷川丸と横浜マリンタワー （パート３）

I didn't know this when we first boarded this ship, but the Hikawa Maru has ties with Seattle!  The Hikawa Maru was designated for the Yokohama-Seattle service and the crossing took 13 days.

船に乗るまえは知らなかったけど、氷川丸は実家のシアトルの繋がりもあった。横浜ーシアトルのサービス船でした。片道の旅は１３日もかかったそうです。

After checking out the exhibition room for the voyage to Seattle, the tour lead us to the smoking room.

シアトル航路の旅の展示室を見たあと、次に辿り着いたのはスモーキングルーム。

A bit of irony, as this is the "Smoking Room".

スモーキングルームなのに“禁煙”です！







After our theoretical smoking break, it was time to check out the deluxe cabins.

例えのたばこ休憩のあとはデラックスキャビンを覗いてみた。

We're still only half-way through the tour...

舟のツアはまだ半分しか行ってない。。。
