What is shiso you ask? I looked it up in a Japanese-English dictionary and discovered shiso to be the beefsteak plant. Does it taste good as a soda? Hm, I prefer my soda without the plant.

We have Pepsi Green here--looks like yours--but no beefsteak plant--Thai people aren't crazy about beef--
I have no idea why its called a beefsteak plant, it doesn't smell or taste like beef at all. But it goes well with yakitori (grilled chicken skewers)!
