Tokyo Flashback : Tori Paitan Ramen [Takeichi] / 東京フラッシュバック：鶏白湯らーめん 麺屋「武一」

In our old neighborhood of Sangenjaya, we would always try the new ramen shops that opened. This was one of the latest ones (at the time). It is located on the second floor of building that houses the H.I.S. travel agency and a Subway Sandwich shop. I recently took a walk around the neighborhood via Google Streetmap and found that all shops have changed. Subway is a Freshness Burger shop, the ramen shop is an izakaya called [Shin Jidai] and the travel agency is now a dental clinic. 

東京に住んでた頃、うちの近所は三軒茶屋でした。よく新しいラーメン屋を食べに行くとが一つの楽しみ。世田谷線世田谷駅の近くに新しく出来たラーメン屋があって、行くしかないでしょう。名物が濃厚鶏白湯らーめんみたい。面屋「武一」に食べに行きました。今日グーグルストリートマップを見て、このビルの店が全て変わってる。ラーメン屋は「新時代」という居酒屋に、SubwayがFreshness Burger。そしてH.I.S.がデンタルクリニックになってた。

To be honest, I can't remember if we ordered the specialty or not but I do recall the ramen tasting good. 

正直名物のラーメン注文したかどうか忘れてましたが、食べたラーメンは美味しかった。

And what goes good with ramen? Gyoza of course!

そしてラーメンと共に食べるものは？餃子に決まってる！

On our way home (or maybe it was before we ate lunch), we stopped by a small neighborhood temple called Saishoji Temple.

帰り道（もしかしてランチ食べる前だったかも）、近所にある小さなお寺、最勝寺にお参りしました。
