For dinner, we left Chiba and came back to Tokyo to an area called Tsukishima. This place is well known for monjayaki but we came here for some seafood. Angler nabe to be exact at a restaurant called [Hoteisan]. I couldn't get a decent picture of the storefront as it was located in a narrow alley so you will have to settle for the small store sign and the cute chopstick slip.

Mekabu and Sesame Tofu /
The nabe is topped with a whole lot of ankimo (that would be angler liver which is quite a delicacy and very expensive). It may look a little unappetizing at first, but wait until its ready.
Doesn't that look delicious?
Yep, very delicious!
Leaving a bit of the broth in the bowl, we finished with some zosui.
As we were having a course meal, the first item to appear was a sashimi platter with scallops, maguro, sea-bream, octopus and more.

We were also served mekabu and sesame tofu with a sesame sauce.

Now for the main event - the angler nabe.

Doesn't that look delicious?
Yep, very delicious!

Bon Appetit!
