Freshness Burger / フレッシュネスバーガー

As Mikako is not a huge fan of burgers, the times when I'm on my own, I try to treat myself to one. The other day, I went to Freshness Burger and ordered their Vegetable Mushroom Burger with an order of onion rings and a coke. What's special about their mushroom burger? Its a vegetarian burger that has no meat! They use one large mushroom topped with a sauce thats blended with balsami vinegar and set it on top of grilled onion, tomato and lettuce. All in a sesame seed bun. It was quite delicious and healthy too!

美香子は熱狂的なハンバーガーファンではない為、一人の休日の時は大体バーガー屋を行くことが多くなりました。この間は「Freshness Burger」に行きました。食べたバーガーはベジタブルバーガーマッシュルーム。メニューの説明にすると“こんがり焼いた大きなマッシュルームに、バルサミコ酢をブレンドした特製ソースと、グリンカール、トマト、グリルドオニオンをゴマバンズでサンドをしました”。肉のないバーガーってあり得ないと思ったかたに是非これを食べてみて下さい。
