After having lunch in Chiba, we still had a bit of time before heading back home. My friend Yukio has an application on his smart phone listing nearby power spots. As he checked some out, he discovered that in the middle of nowhere stands a large Thai Wat! Wat Paknam. I was looking forward to going here because I have a friend who lived in Thailand for many years and would probably be surprised that there is a Wat here in Japan! Yukio was following the car's navigation but we wondered if there really was a Wat in this area of Chiba. There was nothing around us but rice fields. Then, in the midst of this nothingness, up pops a very beautiful building! We have found the Wat! Of course the main Wat Pak Nam is located in Bangkok, Thailand. You can find the exact address on the internet. By the way, you would need a car to get here.
うな重と天ぷらを食べたあと、まだ時間があっとので、幸男が゛これからどうする？” 他のノープランの私たちだったので、どっか面白いところはないのかと逆に聞く。そしたら幸男が自分のスマホにパワースポットのアプリが入ってると言った。調べたら近くになんとパワースポットがあった。でも普通のお寺や神社ではなかった。なぜか周りは畑だけの場所にポンとあるのがタイのワット！そう、タイのお寺が千葉県にある。名前はワット・パクナム。ここはワット・パクナム日本別院。メインのワットはもちろんタイにあります。バンコックのソンブリといううところ。車がないとここには来られませんね。
