Lunch Break Walk / ランチの散歩

There has been a personnel shuffle at my place of employ so Friday was the last day that I would be working in this neighborhood. There were still a few lunch break walks I took that I haven't featured so I thought I would take the opportunity to do so now. I have been transferred out of my department and will find myself working solely in Shibuya starting on Tuesday.

職場で突然の辞令が来たので、この間の金曜日は青物横超の最終日でした。青横に居た時でまだ紹介してないランチ散歩のネタがまだあるので、今日もまたその一つを語ろうかな。火曜日から職場は渋谷のみとなります。

I love how my work neighborhood is dotted with so many temples and shrines. No matter where I walk during my lunch break, I seem to find a temple or shrine that I haven't visited. This was the gate to another one of Shinagawa's 100 Scenic Spots. I found myself at the entrance of Kaiunji Temple.

職場の近くに数え切れない程お寺や神社がある。そうゆう建物が好きの私には嬉しいことです。休憩時間にちょっと散歩してもまだ見たことないのお寺や神社がすぐ現れる。今日は品川区百景に選ばれてる海雲寺の入口にたどり着いた。

Although I enjoy taking these short walks around my work neighborhood, all too soon the hour is over and its back to work.
