Here are some pics taken from the top of the Carrot Tower (26the Floor) in Sangenjaya.

You can clearly see the tracks for the Setagaya Line.

And a sign explaining the naming of Sangenjaya.
あとは三軒茶屋の名前の由来。

Simply put,
chaya is a teahouse,
sangen means three shops. This area was named because it was the location of three teahouses, therefore -
Sangenjaya, very simple don't you think?
