Here are some pics taken from the top of the Carrot Tower (26the Floor) in Sangenjaya.

下記の写真は三軒茶屋にあるキャロット・タワーの展望台 （２６階）から取ったもの。

You can clearly see the tracks for the Setagaya Line.

世田谷線の線路が良く見える。

And a sign explaining the naming of Sangenjaya.

あとは三軒茶屋の名前の由来。

Simply put, chaya is a teahouse, sangen means three shops. This area was named because it was the location of three teahouses, therefore - Sangenjaya, very simple don't you think?
