Japanese Microbrew Tour - Nagano Prefecture /

You caught me - this is a recycled post with a new Title and one other beer from the same brewing company.

Yona Yona Ale from Karuizawa in Nagano Prefecture. I suppose I should have taken a picture of the back of the can so I could tell you all the rewards it has received in the past few years. Delicious, but I still prefer bottled beers.

This is Aooni India Pale Ale. There is a little blurb written on the can itself. It translates to something like this: A high percentage of alcohol using a large amount of hops, India Pale Ale, first made in 18th century England for those colonials who lived in faraway India or something to that effect and ending with made for the discriminating beer fan.

Aah, I ust made a comnet referrign to the yonayona. The Aooni is not a bad Englosh IPA. They made another one a year or so back, an 18th Century IPA. Alos not bad. My favourite Yaho is the National Trust Porter. Lovely.

I shall make this quick. My computer is currently under repair so I haven't been able to respond to your comments. It should be back in a couple of weeks. Have patience.
