Edo Tokyo Museum (Part 2) / 江戸東京博物館 （パート２）

Continuing on our tour through the Edo Tokyo Museum, I came upon a display that I felt I had to sure with my fellow bookseller - Janet Brown (check out her blog "Tone Deaf in Thailand). If Janet and I were living in Edo era Tokyo, than this is where we would hope to be - what else could it be but a bookstore!

江戸東京博物館のツアーのつづきで、一つの展示をどうしても友達に紹介したくなった。その友達は現在タイのバンコックに住み、本を出版したばっかり。彼女の名前はジャネット・ブラウン（ジャネットのブログものぞいてみて、「Tone Deaf in Thailand」を検索すれば出てきます。ジャネットもずーと前から本屋に勤めてた。もじ僕とジャネットが江戸時代に生きてたら、多分ここに働いてたかも

This pretty much covers the Edo Era and its off to the Meiji Restoration and the Showa Era.

江戸時代はここまで。次は明治と昭和時代につづく。
