A return to the ramen shop series. I haven't been to a new ramen shop in quite a while but I remembered this one which I haven't featured on my blog yet. The name of the place is Kinden Maru. I had been meaning to go here for quite a while because one of the ramens on the menu caught my eye. You can see it above. The ramen listed on the bottom right of the sign. Something called GBC. The shop is located in Shibuya inside Center Street. I had passed by this place so many times but never found the time to actually go and eat there...until a year and half ago! Yep, I'm a bit late in featuring this ramen shop as I went sometime in February of last year! Have you been trying to figure out what the GBC stands for? It is there Garlic Butter Cheese ramen! Two of my favorite ingredients - garlic and cheese. I don't mind the butter. Although the ramen was delicious, I don' t think I will be going back to this shop in the near future. I don't know if its because the building was old but when you see a mouse running around the floor, chances are there are more rodents around as well. But I believe this is a chain shop so maybe I will just look for another location if I get the craving to have a bowl of GBC!
自分が行ったらーめん屋を久しぶりに紹介します。最近は新しいらーめん屋はほとんど行ってませんが、僕は結構前からこのらーめん屋に行きたかった。店名は「金伝丸」。 渋谷のセンター街にあって、何回も店の前を通ったことある。メニューに気になったらーめんがあった。それはGBC。 本当に何年も経ってやっと行ったこの店。。。去年の２月位に。 はい、ネタは古いけど店はまだ営業してます。あっ、GBCはなんの略か分かりましたか？ 僕が結構好きな材料が使われてる。 正解はガーリック・バター・チーズらーめん。 本当に美味しかったが、多分二度とこの店には行かないと思う。なぜと言えば、らーめんをたべながら、飲食店では居ていけないものをこの目で見た。確かにこの建物も古いけど、みたのはネズミですよ。うろちょろしてるやつ。この一匹が居るということは他にも居るに間違いない。店はチェン店ですから、GBCらーめんがまた食べたくなったら、別の場所に食べに行く。
A nice blend of garlic, butter and cheese! It matches the soup. Great for fans of garlic and cheese! The butter makes the broth a bit creamy. Very delicious. They shop needs to take care of their rodent problem though.
ガーリック・バターとチーズの良いハーモニーで食べられるこのらーめん。バターが溶けたら、つうゆがまろやかの味わいになる。にんにくとチーズのファンなら是非食べてみてください。 本当に惜しい。 ま、ネズミの問題が解決できれば良いんですけどね。
