Daisho Suisan / 大庄水産

A few weeks ago we were shopping at Shimokitazawa and as it was nearing lunch time we decided to try this place out.  The name of the restaurant is Daisho Suisan.  We've passed by it so many times its a wonder that we haven't dined here at least once.  But today, we took care of that little dilemma.  And I must say, the price for lunch is very cheap and you get a large and delicious portion of some great seafood.

何週間前に下北沢で買い物したあと、ちょうどう昼になって何処に食べようかっと迷ってた。何回の下北に来て、何回もこの店の前を通ったが、一度も入ったことはなかった。ランチのメニュー見たら、良さそうだったし、安いし、ランチはここに決定。


Mikako ordered the kaisendon set while opted for the lunch special which was a donburi topped with three different sashimi.

美香子は海鮮丼セットを注文。僕は日替わりの丼を。

The kaisendon set which includes miso soup, chawanmushi, and a couple of other dishes.

The donburi set also includes miso soup but for an extra 100yen, you can have the ara-jiru instead (which is what I did).

日替わりの丼も味噌汁は付いてますが、プラス１００円で味噌汁の変わりにあら汁が注文出来ます。私はそうしました。

This restaurant is on my sister's list of places she wants to go eat when visiting Japan later this year.

ここは妹が行ってみたい飲食店のリストに入ってる一軒。今年の９月下旬に日本に来る予定。
