Minami Boso Trip Continues / 南房総の旅がつづく

Leaving Nihon-ji, heading back to Tokyo, but first, a short stop to check out a public foot bath!

日本寺を去って、東京に戻る。でもその前にあし湯を楽しむ。

The foot bath! / あし湯だ！

After warming our feet, it was back on the road.  Next stop, checking out the "Golden Well".

そして次の目的地へ、天然記念物の「黄金の井戸」。

Um, the well doesn't look that golden to me.  But then I discovered that it only becomes golden during the months of March through May.

う～ん、黄金ではないね。あとから知りましたが、黄金の色になる期間は３月から５月らしです。

その期間はこういう風になってるらしい。（写真はネットから、どうみても、“アド街天国”だな。

And off to another adventure...
