So, I thought I'd give you a tiny peak at the process. Here's the curry that's simmering. Mikako will let it simmer for about 4 or 5 hours. Chicken slides right off the bones when you simmer it for that amount of time, but yum! But we had pasta this evening.
それで、美香子が家で作ってるカレーをちょっとのぞいって見ましょう。4、5時間位煮込むよ。チキンが超柔らくなってる。美味しいです。でも今夜はパスタでした。
And here's the final product. I will probably won't get a chance to eat before leaving for the States next week. Oh well. I will keep you posted on our upcoming trip.
