Thunder & Lightning in Tokyo / 雷だ！

Last Monday we had a bit of a thunderstorm. These short clips were taken from the balcony of our apartment. Isn't nature scary but wonderful?

先週雷があった日に動画を撮りました。これはうちのバルコニーから撮ったものです。自然って凄いね。

Wow! What a gift! I miss Bkk lighting more than I can say and this brought it all back. Do you hear frogs after the storm or is Tokyo too urban for them?

We don't hear as many frogs but we do see a few of them even here in this concrete jungle along the various walkways that are spread throughtout the city. Of course we have the noisy cicadas to listen to in the summertime.
