I know I've introduced this ramen shop before but I thought I would give it its own post this time around. Its one of our favorite places to eat. Mikako had a craving for some Miso Ichi ramen since last week. We decided we would go on my payday (which is today!!). As the name states, this ramen shop only serves miso ramen. However, you can order up to three levels of spicyness from the regular flavor. The levels of spicyness are pirikara which is just a little spicy, followed by hifuki which is fire-breathing, and lastly bakuhatsu which means explosive. We always order the pirikara chashu-men, spicy pork-filled ramen. But today while Mikako ordered our usual, I decided to try the fire-breathing spicyness. I had the explosive spicyness before and once is enough for that. Check out our meal below.
前にこのラーメン屋を紹介したと思いますが、今度は味噌一だけのポストをアップしました。ここは私と美香子の大好きなラーメン屋です。先週から美香子がずーと、「味噌一のラーメン食べたいな」。それで、今日食べに行く事を決めました。店の名前どうり味噌ラーメンしかありません。でも普通の味より、もっと辛く出来る事が可能。選べる辛さは「ピリ辛」、「火吹き」、と「爆発」。私たちはいつもピリ辛チャシューメンを頼みますが、美香子はいつもどうりに、今日僕は火吹きに挑戦してみました。爆発は昔一回食べた事ありますが、激辛だったので一回だけで良いと思います。で、今日の火吹きもやっぱり辛かったですよ！！
