Dodge Viper Collection and one for my Bro

I posted this for my Bro. He will know what it is. What is it? Obviously another mini-car. But not just any mini-car. This was the kind of car used in this program we used to watch when we lived in Tokyo during our elementary years. The show was called "Choujin Baromu-1".
